Former Kentucky Wildcats forward/center Isaac Humphries has inked a contract with the Atlanta Hawks.
After two seasons at Kentucky, where he averaged 2.8 points a game and 2.8 rebounds per game in his sophomore season, Humphries left the program hoping to begin a professional career.
After going undrafted in the NBA, Humphries went back to his homeland of Australia to play for the Sydney Kings of the NBL.
In Sydney, Humphries averaged 6.9 points per game, 3.7 rebounds, and one block. His impressive field goal percentage of .583 helped him win NBL rookie of the year honors.
