Assault charges against Kentucky Wildcats football chief of staff Dan Berezowitz have been dismissed, per court records uncovered by Jason Riley of WDRB.
On June 27, Berezowitz was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault following a physical altercation with his wife.
Per Riley’s report, Susan Lax, Director of UK Athletics Communications and Public Relations, said that Berezowitz remains suspended by the school.
Berezowitz served as Kentucky’s director of recruiting operations from 2014-17 and then was promoted to his current role of chief of staff in 2018. He worked with Mark Stoops at Arizona back in the 2000s while Stoops served as defensive coordinator and his brother Mike Stoops was the head coach.
