Kentucky Football Chief of Staff Dan Berezowitz was arrested on June 27 and charged with fourth-degree assault stemming from a physical altercation with his wife. According to court documents shared by Jason Riley, that charge was dismissed yesterday. Susan Lax, Director of UK Athletics Communications and Public Relations, told Riley that Berezowitz remains suspended.
Berezowitz is one of Mark Stoops’ original staff members and was promoted to Chief of Staff in 2018. At SEC Media Days last month, Stoops gave an update on Berezowitz’s standing with the program.
