Less than a year after his Evansville Purple Aces came into Rupp Arena and stunned No. 1 ranked Kentucky, Walter McCarty has a warrant out for his arrest. The arrest warrant is for a civil case, not a criminal one.
According to the Courier and Press, a warrant was issued for McCarty after he failed to appear in court. McCarty has supposedly defaulted on two loans, resulting in two lawsuits and over $125,000 worth of debt. The bank loans McCarty allegedly defaulted on were a $45,000 loan signed in 2018.
