Arkansas has a 29-year old freshman wide receiver named Monte Harrison on the team this season.
Harrison is a former Major League Baseball player who focused on that sport for the last 10 years. He actually played in the majors for three seasons with the Marlins and Angels after being drafted by the Brewers in 2014.
Now that his baseball career is over/on hold, Harrison is attempting a return to football as a walk-on for the Razorbacks:
Arkansas QB Malachi Singleton to WR Monte Harrison, a freshman who turns 29-years-old Saturday. Harrison played pro baseball for the past 10 years.
