Archie Miller and Richard Pitino out at their respective schools

The day after Selection Sunday kicks off with a bang, as two Big Ten schools oust their head coaches.

Archie Miller, hailed as the saving grace to Indiana Hoosiers basketball, has been let go by Indiana, per Jeff Goodman. This comes after yet another disastrous year for the Hoosiers, one that saw them go 12-15 and miss the NCAA Tournament for the fifth straight year, and the fourth straight year in Archie’s tenure. Miller failed to take Indiana to a single NCAA Tournament.

Miller finished his Hoosier tenure with a 67-58 record and never having a winning record in Big Ten play.
