Anthony Edwards, presumed by many to be the No. 1 player in the 2019 class, has decided to stay home and commit to the Georgia Bulldogs and Tom Crean.
Edwards was considered a long-time Florida State lean, but momentum shifted within the past month when he took only official visits to Georgia and Kentucky and canceled his Florida State visit right before his announcement.
Now, what does this mean for Kentucky?
While losing out on such an explosive player like Edwards stings, it certainly does not hurt John Calipari and the Kentucky Wildcats, other than on the recruiting ranking services.
