An important brick in the Big Blue Wall is returning to Kentucky for one more season in the Bluegrass.
Two days after helping the Wildcats defeat No. 23 NC State in the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl, right tackle Darian Kinnard revealed he will return to Kentucky for his senior season. A third team AP All-American in 2020, Kinnard could have pursued the NFL following his junior season. Instead of being selected as a mid-round pick, he’s buying stock in Liam Coen’s offense to invest in his future.
A first team Pro Football Focus All-American and a first team AP All-SEC selection, Kinnard has started in 26 straight games at right tackle.
