Alex continues to roar on the court, in the classroom and in the community.
Kentucky Wildcats senior forward Alex Poythress has been named one of 30 candidates for the Senior CLASS Award.
Poythress becomes the first Cat to be nominated for this award since Darius Miller in 2012. Alex is also the only player from the SEC among the 30 candidates.
An acronym for Celebrating Loyalty and Achievement for Staying in School, the Senior CLASS award focuses on the total student-athlete and encourages students to use their platform in athletics to make positive impact as leaders in their communities.
