Kentucky Wildcats wide receiver Akeem Hayes will not be returning to Lexington next season, as the redshirt junior announced he has decided to enter the transfer portal.

Hayes arrived in Lexington before the 2018 season out of Chaminade-Madonna High School in Hollywood, Florida, where he was teammates with fellow UK wideout Josh Ali.
