This season will be the last ACC/Big Ten Challenge series after 23 years. That event is being replaced by the newly formed ACC/SEC Challenge.
This new challenge series will create some great scheduling opportunities for Kentucky, including future home and away opportunities with the likes of Duke and North Carolina.

BIRMINGHAM, Alabama (November 28, 2022) – The Southeastern Conference, Atlantic Coast Conference and ESPN today announced the formation of the ACC/SEC Challenge for men’s and women’s basketball, which will begin as part of the 2023-24 season.
