Aaron Harrison is known in the city of Lexington as one of the most clutch shooters in Kentucky basketball history.
Knocking down last-second daggers against both Louisville and Michigan, Harrison single-handedly powered Kentucky to an unexpected Final Four appearance in 2014 where they lost in the championship game to Connecticut.
Following Harrison’s sophomore year, which also ended in the Final Four, he went undrafted after declaring for the NBA draft that spring. He did manage to earn a spot in the Charlotte Hornets organization, though, and bounced around several D-league teams before eventually being signed to a tanking Dallas Mavericks roster at the end of last season.
