With the NFL Draft less than three weeks away, experts are starting to release their final mock drafts.
Monday, Dane Brugler of the Athletic released his fifth seven round mock draft. In this mock, five Kentucky Wildcats are selected, including two in the first two rounds. However, some fan favorites of the Big Blue Nation are left without a home. Here’s a look at the Cats projected to be selected according to Brugler.
The first three selections come as no surprise. Kentucky’s all-time sack leader Josh Allen has been projected as a top five pick for several months and seems to be a perfect fit for a New York Jets team in need of a pass-rusher
Lonnie Johnson put on an impressive performance at the Senior Bowl, and ever since has skyrocketed draft boards with NFL Network’s Busty Brooks even calling him the best corner in the draft.
