1. Louisville’s best player would be a leading candidate for a national most improved player award this season. After averaging just 5.7 points and 2.2 rebounds in 12 minutes per game last season, Jordan Nwora is having a break out year and turning into a star. He’s currently leading the team in points at 17.8 per game, rebounds at 8.5 per game, and steals at 1.2 per game.
Outside of Nwora, Louisville struggles to score on a consistent basis, so shutting him down will be instrumental to walking out of the Yum! Center with a victory.
