Another EDGE target for Kentucky football has come off the board.
On Sunday afternoon, class of 2024 four-star recruit Dominic Nichols announced his commitment to the Michigan Wolverines. Kentucky was previously considered one of eight finalists for the Ijamsville (MD) Oakdale product, as were Wisconsin, Georgia, Clemson, Florida State, South Carolina, and Virginia Tech. Nichols is considered the No. 380 overall rising senior in the country according to the On3 Industry Ranking.
It was just last weekend that Nichols was in Lexington for an official visit to UK, but he’s made multiple trips to Ann Arbor already this year (including an OV the weekend of June 9-11) and has been trending toward the Wolverines since April, which was around the same time that Kentucky extended him a scholarship offer.
