It’s basketball time in the Bluegrass, and Kentucky got things started with their first exhibition game against Transylvania to allow us to see this year’s team finally play against someone other than themselves.
Kentucky was a lot bigger and a lot faster than the Division 3 opponent and were able to jump out to a big lead early and keep it that way throughout the half, then took a 49-30 lead into the break.
The second half was more of the same from the Wildcats as they were able to take care of business in their first exhibition game with a 94-66 victory.
