Kentucky basketball grabbed its first road win of the season in a 78-66 victory over Vanderbilt in Nashville.
The Wildcats jumped out to a 22-11 lead eight minutes into the game, but Vanderbilt kept things interesting with a 12-0 run. Kentucky responded with 14 consecutive points of its own and never looked back from there.
Junior forward Oscar Tshiebwe led the Wildcats with a career-high 30 points to go with 13 rebounds. He was joined in double figures by freshman point guard TyTy Washington (15).
