Kentucky’s first 2021 football commitment has decided to Row the Boat.
Ohio linebacker Devon Williams announced Friday morning that he has flipped his commitment from Kentucky to Minnesota.
The Dublin (Oh.) Coffman High School prospect is a three-star recruit, ranked by 247 Sports as the No. 29 outside linebacker in the 2021 class. He committed to Kentucky on Jan. 27, just about a week before his talented teammate, 2020 all-purpose back Michael “Donut” Drennen, pledged his allegiance to the Wildcats.
Williams will not be the first, or last, early commitment to waver.
