After nine long months of remaining committed to the Kentucky basketball program, five-star forward Kahlil Whitney can now finally say that he is officially a Wildcat.
At a ceremony at his former school, the 6-foot-7 prospect signed his National Letter of Intent, making him an official member of Kentucky’s 2019 recruiting class.
“I chose Kentucky because it was my dream school,” Whitney said in a statement. “I feel that Coach Cal can coach, motivate and get the maximum potential on and off the court out of me.”
