LUBBOCK, TX- A late Texas Tech rally gave the Red Raiders a sweep of the double header on Sunday afternoon at Rip Griffin Stadium.
GAME ONE
The Red Raiders took game one on Sunday and grabbed an early lead with a lead-off home run in the bottom of the first inning. The Flashes got lead-off man Kyle Jackson to third base in both the first and third innings but could not get him home. The Red Raiders extended the lead in the third, getting a pair of doubles in a three-run inning.
Michael McNamara got the Flashes' offense going in the fourth, lining a single to right center and taking advantage of an error to advance to third.
