KENT, Ohio- The Kent State women's golf team had a school-record three players selected as WGCA All-Americans. Senior Pimnipa Panthong was named an All-American second teamer while senior Karoline Stormo and freshman Caley McGinty earned All-American honorable mention honors, the Women's Golf Coaches Association announced on Tuesday (April 21).
It is the third All-American distinction for Panthong as she was selected as an All-American second team in 2017 and 2018, while Stormo earns her second All-American award as she earned honorable mention honors in 2019.
Panthong, the program's only three-time All-American, played in the lineup for all seven events while setting an individual season scoring average record of 70.
