Kent State women’s golf team finishes second against difficult competition

The Kent State women’s golf team was seven strokes away from first place at the Betsy Rawls Longhorn Invite. Kent state managed to also beat three schools ranked higher than them.

Kent State continued on with their journey of consistency. Being able to place far ahead of schools ranked higher than you takes a lot of practice and determination.

Third place was 14 strokes away from Kent State creating a gap between them and the competition.

The Betsy Rawls Longhorn Invite was the last tournament for the Kent State women. They were able to finish in second place to finish out their season.
