KENT, Ohio- The Kent State men's golf team will compete in a match play tournament in the Jack Nicklaus Collegiate Invitational at Muirfield Village in Dublin, Ohio.
Kent State is one of the eight teams competing in the event that will be played at the site of the PGA Tour's Memorial Tournament. The Flashes will be joined by host Ohio State, Clemson, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, South Carolina, and Stanford.
This is the first time in recent memory that the Jack Nicklaus Invitational has been a match play event rather than stroke play.
