Jimmy Hall was in dominating form Saturday against Bowling Green, and the Golden Flashes needed every ounce of his production to take home a 62-59 road win that extended their lead in the Mid-American Conference East.
Hall scored nearly at will at the game’s onset. He was responsible for eight of KSU’s first 14 points and midway through the first half was nearly outscoring Bowling Green by himself, with 13 points to the Falcons’ 14.
Hall finished with a game-high 26 points and grabbed a career-high tying 16 rebounds, nine of them on the offensive boards, helping the Flashes outscore the Falcons 21-3 in second-chance points.
