Kent State visits Duquesne on Wednesday for its final road game of the non-conference schedule. Tip is scheduled for 6 p.m. at UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse.
The Golden Flashes (5-2) earned a 64-49 wire-to-wire victory over St. Bonaventure on Sunday and have not trailed for the past 100 minutes of game action. Freshman Corynne Hauser led the way with a career-high 18 points and senior Katie Shumate added 15. Kent State totaled a season-high 10 steals in the contest, led by three from graduate student Abby Ogle and two each by Hauser and Shumate.
