Jonesborough, TENN... The Kent State men's golf team has been heating up heading into the final two tournaments of their fall schedule, finishing second at the Gopher Invitational and Windon Memorial to finish September strong.
The Flashes will look to continue their impressive run in Tennessee this week at a new event to their calendar against another strong field of fifteen. KSU was led last time out by Freshman Ben MacLean, who collected MAC Golfer of the Week Honors after a career-best finish at the Windon Memorial.
An autumn chill will be in the air when the tournament gets underway on Sunday, with temperatures expected to rise from the mid-40s into the low 60s by late afternoon.
