COLUMBUS, Ohio- The No. 15 Kent State women's golf team has qualified for the 2021 NCAA National Championship after finishing the NCAA Columbus Regional tied for fifth place at 885 (+21).
Kent State entered the final round in fourth place but held its own after a hard-fought day to claim the fifth spot after posting a final round score of 296 (+8).
The Flashes join tournament champions No. 18 Georgia, No. 2 Duke, No.7 Arizona State, No. 37 Kentucky, and No. 26 Michigan. This will be the Flashes eighth National Championship appearance as a team.
