MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Four members of the Kent State track and field program posted victories at the WVU Last Chance meet on Saturday.
Led by a personal-best from Grace Luther, the Golden Flashes claimed the top three spots in the women's hammer throw. Luther moved to fifth on the program's all-time performance list with a winning throw of 190' on her final attempt. Briana Wright was runner-up with a mark of 173'-3" and Grace Frye recorded a PR of 172'-1" for third place.
Kristian Kneffler cleared 17'-1" to win his second men's pole vault competition of the outdoor season.
