Sophomore Jon Buttitta scored an unassisted shot in the second period. Sophomore Chance Taylor also scored in the second period assisted by Chad Parise and Bobby Rhue. Junior TJ West scored in the fourth period assisted by Parise. Sophomore Jake Hainline was assisted on his goal by Jared Fielden.
Kent State will face Michigan-Dearborn again tomorrow night at the KSU Ice Arena at 7:30 p.m.
