AKRON- A rivalry game full of momentum swings swung the wrong way on Wednesday night in a 31-27 setback to the Zips.
Tommy Ulatowski threw for 229 yards and three touchdowns and ran for a fourth on Wednesday, helping lead the offense. The sophomore quarterback added 36 yards on the ground, one of four backs to gain over 30 yards on the night in a balanced rushing effort.
Two of those touchdowns went to Chrishon McCray, who had a career high 161 yards on six grabs and those two scores. However, the standout wide receiver didn't return to the game after making his sixth grab of the contest.
