CLEVELAND, Ohio – Kent State forward Jimmy Hall was named the Mid-American Conference East Division Player of the Week for the final week of the season, the league office announced Saturday afternoon.
Hall averaged 21.0 points per game on 20-for-30 shooting (66.7 percent) and 13.0 rebounds per game in leading the Golden Flashes to a split of their final two regular season games.
He stole the show on Senior Night with a game-high 22 points on 10-of-14 shooting to go with 9 rebounds in a 70-54 win over Bowling Green. Hall had a double-double in the first half of the regular season finale against regular season champion Akron with 12 points and 10 rebounds in 14 minutes on the court.
