KENT, Ohio – With 13 NACGC/W Scholastic All-America selections, the Kent State gymnastics team finished with the eighth-highest team grade point average (3.641) in the country, as announced by the National Association of Collegiate Gymnastics Coaches/Women.
In order to qualify as a NACGC/W Scholastic All-American, gymnasts had to maintain a 3.50 GPA for the 2015-2016 academic year.
The 13 Kent State gymnasts receiving the award are: Ellen Demarest (Granville, Ohio), Nicolle Eastman (Burton, Mich.), Milena Fabry (Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio), Samantha Gordon (Wellington, Fla.), Kayla Kosmerl (Mentor, Ohio), Skyelee Lamano (Layton, Utah), Rebecca Osmer (Atwater, Calif.
