Jordan Gilkison recorded his second top ten finish of the season at the Quail Valley Invitational, tying for 9th among the 84 golfer field.
Gilkison stayed steady with three consecutive rounds of at least two under par the past two days to wrap up at eight under.
The sophomore notched an eagle in the second round of action, sinking the par five third hole in three shots.
"I'm really happy with Jordan's consistent play," said head coach Jon Mills. "He's been very dependable."
As a team, Kent State sat square in the middle of the pack, placing 8th out of 16 teams.
