KENT, Ohio – For the ninth consecutive year, the Kent State gymnastics team (7-3, 5-0 MAC) will host its Flip for the Cure meet when they take on Eastern Michigan (13-2-1, 4-0 MAC) Friday, March 4th at 7 p.m. in the Memorial Athletic and Convocation Center. Both teams currently sit atop the Mid-American Conference standings, with the winner of this meet capturing the MAC regular season title.
Admission for the Flip for the Cure meet is $5 for general admission.
The Meet
Since beginning back in 2008, the "Flip For the Cure" event has become a marquee event both on campus and in the community to unite people in helping women in the area defeat the deadly disease.
