KENT, Ohio – The Kent State gymnastics team (2-0) beat Eastern Michigan (3-1), 194.875-194.050, on Senior Day at the M.A.C. Center.
The Mid-American Conference leading Golden Flashes posted a season-high 194.875 in Sunday's victory. The team has now scored 194.500+ in all three meets this season.
"I'm happy with the overall result today," said Head Coach Brice Biggin. "We still have some things to work on, but it's always nice to get a win against a MAC opponent. I'm really happy with our senior's performances today, especially Abby [Fletcher]. She came out and did an excellent job in her events.
