AKRON, Ohio – The Kent State soccer team (8-5-1, 4-2-0 MAC) won its fourth straight match at Akron (4-8-2, 1-4-1 MAC) in thrilling double-overtime fashion behind senior Dominique DiNardo's goal in the 102nd minute. The Golden Flashes won their eighth match in a row against the rival Zips and posted a shutout for the third time this season.

DiNardo scored her second goal of the season on a chain that was started by redshirt freshman goalkeeper Faith O'Neill's pass to sophomore Cameron Shedenhelm who lofted the ball over the Zips' defense.
