ORLANDO, Fla.- The Kent State women's golf team shot an even-par 288 on Monday in the second round of the UCF Challenge at Eagle Creek Golf Club to be tied for fifth place. The Flashes are 7-under par 569 after two rounds, two shots back of third-place Kennesaw State, heading into Tuesday's final round in Orlando, Fla.
No. 6 Vanderbilt leads the tournament at 16-under-par 560, which is one shot ahead of Miami.
Karoline Stormo is just four shots out of first place as she's 5-under par 139 (68-71) and tied for eighth.
