KENT, Ohio- The Kent State men's basketball team shot a blistering 57.4 percent from the field in the 74-61 victory over Miami on Tuesday night at the M.A.C. Center. Four Golden Flashes scored in double-figures.
With the victory, Kent State ended a two-game losing streak and stand 18-10 overall and 8-7 in MAC play.
Senior Antonio Williams led the charge with 17 points and five rebounds. Junior Danny Pippen came off the bench to score 16 points and pulled down four rebounds, while sophomore Anthony Roberts had 13 points with five assists.
