Flashes Shine on Final Day of Doug Raymond Invitational

KENT, Ohio – The Kent State track and field student athletes recorded top-10 all-time marks in school history on Saturday as the home portion of the schedule concluded with day two of the Doug Raymond Invitational at the Kent State Field House.

Ayden Bath finished strong to win the men's heptathlon with a total of 5,407 points to claim the No. 5 spot on the Golden Flashes' all-time performance. Bath started the day by placing first in the 60-meter hurdles in 8.07 seconds and then recorded a personal-best height of 13'-5.25" in the pole vault before clocking in at 3:03.
