KENT, Ohio – Jimmy Hall scored 18 points to lead Kent State in a wire-to-wire 104-58 win over Oberlin on Saturday in the Golden Flashes' final tuneup before Mid-American Conference play.
Hall hit 9-of-11 from the field in just 18 minutes of work. Deon Edwin added 17 points on 7-for-10 shooting and Xavier Pollard chipped in 13 points on 5-of-8 shooting off of the KSU bench. As a team, the Flashes shot 57 percent from the field (40-for-70) while reaching the century mark for the first time since 2013.
