Kent State (8-4) will begin the 2018 calendar year, taking on four opponents over two days at the Virginia Duals Friday and Saturday (Jan. 12-13) inside the Hampton Coliseum in Hampton, Virginia. The Golden Flashes open their weekend up Friday against Chattanooga (3-3) at 9 a.m. Kent State then renews a rivalry with former Mid-American Conference member No. 11 Northern Iowa (2-1) at 11 a.m.
