Kent, OH - The Kent State men's basketball team (15-14, 8-8 MAC) was back at home Saturday afternoon (Mar. 2), with an OT win over Central Michigan (16-13, 10-6 MAC), 79-73, at the M.A.C. Center. The Flashes finished the season at home with a four-game winning streak inside the M.A.C. Center.
Overall the Flashes shot 38.5 percent from the field, 34.5 percent from the three, and 79.2 percent from the charity stripe. The Chippewa were able to outshoot the Flashes from the field shooting 46.9 percent but they struggled from the three only shooting 18.8 percent.
