Flashes Host Dayton to Start Four-Game Homestand

KENT, Ohio – The Kent State University baseball team (21-20, 9-7 MAC) will start a four-game homestand by hosting Dayton (24-20-1, 12-6 A-10) at Schoonover Stadium on Tuesday, April 30 at 6 p.m. The Flashes stumbled on the road in the last meeting with the Flyers in late March, falling 12-5.

Kent State is coming off its fourth straight Mid-American Conference series victory at Ohio University. The Flashes remain in fourth place in the conference standings with a 9-7 record, coming in behind Ball State, Central Michigan and Miami in order.

Redshirt sophomore continues to be a consistent threat at the top of the Kent State lineup and was instrumental in three wins last week.
