EAST LANSING, Mich.- The No. 12 Kent State women's golf team is in first place after two days at the NCAA East Lansing Regional, shooting 3-over 284 on Tuesday at Forest Akers West Golf Course. Kent State is at 3-under 573 through 36 holes, one of just two teams under par, as Arizona sits at 2-under. The Flashes enter Wednesday's final round with a one-stroke lead over second place Arizona. The top six teams after 54 holes advance to the NCAA Championships later this month.
"It was an up and down round for us," said head coach Greg Robertson.
