KENT- The Golden Flashes hit the road this weekend for a pair of conference duals, taking on Ohio in the annual Grudge Match on Friday night, then trekking to Mount Pleasant to face Central Michigan on Sunday.
The annual Grudge Match between the conference foes is one of the oldest rivalries for the Golden Flashes. Kent State is 49-26 all-time against Ohio including winning two of the last three duals in Athens. The Flashes took back the Grudge Match trophy in Athens back in 2021 with a 22-10 victory and will look to do the same this year.
