DeKalb, IL.- The Kent State men's basketball team (16-3) travels to face the Northern Illinois University Huskies (7-12) on Tuesday, Jan. 24 at 7 p.m.
The Flashes are 6-0 in MAC play after knocking Ball State from second place to third in the Mid-American Conference. They are now on a 10-game win streak, which is their best start since the 2005-06 season. The Flashes' 10-game win streak is also tied for the third-longest winning streak in the country.
The victory over Ball State was a team effort as 10 out of 12 players scored. The bench was a huge contributor recording 43 of the 86 points.
