BUFFALO, NY- Kent State rallied off victories in five of the first seven matches and the Golden Flashes knocked off the Buffalo Bulls 20-17 on Saturday afternoon.
A tech-fall by Andrew McNally and Tim Rooney victory in a battle of top-20 wrestlers to highlighted the six individual victories for the Golden Flashes.
Saturday's dual started at 165 and took the early lead. Andrew McNally answered back with his team-leading 26th victory of the season. He did so in convincing fashion, a 24-4 tech-fall, earning the Flashes a big five points to give Kent State a 5-4 lead.
