LOUISVILLE, Kentucky – The Kent State field hockey team (3-1, 1-1 MAC) extended their win streak to three with another dominant performance against Bellarmine securing a 7-0 victory at Trager Stadium.
Kent State finished the game with a huge advantage in shots (38-3), shots on goal (26-2), and penalty corners (15-1). A total of eleven different Flashes registered a shot on goal with Emma Bressler leading the way. Bressler recorded seven shots with six of them on goal.
Sydney Washburn got the scoring started 1 minute 54 seconds into the second quarter to break the tie after both teams went scoreless in the first quarter.
