Flashes Enjoy Strong Return Home at Doug Raymond National Qualifier

KENT, Ohio-- The Kent State indoor track and field teams enjoyed a return to the Kent State Field House as the picked up several wins and top five finishes on Saturday at the Doug Raymond National Qualifier.

Alexander Shields continued his strong freshman year picking up a win in the men's 60-meter hurdles. His time of 8.00 moved him to fourth all-time on the school record list. Mi'Angel Daniels completed the sweep of the hurdle titles, winning the women's title in a time of 8.75.

Grace Tennant continued her domination of the women's shot put, winning with a throw of 52' 9.
