KENT, OHIO- The Golden Flashes are back home at Schoonover Stadium this weekend as they welcome in the Bowling Green Falcons for a four-game set starting on Friday afternoon.
Friday's game has been moved up to four p.m., a Saturday double header and Sunday's single game are set for 1 p.m. start times.
The Golden Flashes are coming off a big win on Sunday over #25 UConn in the finale of the three-game set. Kent State erased a 4-3 Husky lead with runs in the seventh and the eighth in the win. Justin Kirby homered for the third time in four games in the victory, Kyle Jackson ran his on-base streak to 25 straight and Collin Mathews stole home on a double steal and laid down a squeeze bunt to help complete the comeback.
